So I have been pretty on and off with this weight loss thing and it's easy for me to lose motivation. But I am hoping this time I stick to this. I love messages with any motivation to help!

My Plan:
Breakfast: I usually have a small bowl of cereal and a piece of fruit
Lunch: I eat a salad, no dressing or croutons, but I'll let myself add cheese
Dinner: This meal is sort of what gets me through the day and I usually eat whatever I am craving.
Snacks: If I'm hungry, I'll eat some form of fruit
Rules:
No sweets, no seconds
Exercise: I alternate between running and swimming, almost every day unless I absolutely don't have time. And I go for roughly 45 minutes, sometimes longer, but I try not to go shorter.
Things to remember:
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you are interested in something, you do it when its convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
Human intent is one of the most powerful forces that acts on this planet. Once you decide you're going to do something, it is only you that can change that.
It takes 4 weeks for you to notice, 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the world to notice
Don't quit before you can get hooked on results!
It sucks to wait, but it sucks even more to regret.
Reasons:
To wear a bikini with confidence!
To actually have a chance with guys you like.
To be able to say "I used to be fat."
To try on clothes and look good in everything.
Low rise jeans, mini-skirts, tight shirts, cute dresses, swimsuits, little shorts.
That toned, defined stomach
To be a faster runner.
To no longer be the chubby sibling or the chubby friend.
Confidence!
To not be embarrassed to go on a spring break trip with your friends.
